Mr. Milind Shrikrishna Kale has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and commercial management of Neostruct Engineering LLP, including business development, customer relationships, sales and marketing, and financial management. He holds an M.Tech. in Chemical Technology and has approximately 18 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing in the industrial sector. During his professional career, he has worked with AkzoNobel and Jotun, gaining experience in industrial products, technical sales, customer relationship management, market development, and commercial operations.
Mr. Kale has developed a strong understanding of industrial markets and customer requirements and has established professional relationships and contacts within the relevant industry sectors.
His principal responsibilities include overall management and strategic direction, sales and marketing, business development, customer relationship management, finance, and overall commercial management. He oversees business development initiatives, customer relationships, commercial activities, and financial management. operations.

Mr. Jayant Suryakant Padgilwar – Designated Partner
Mr. Jayant Suryakant Padgilwar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and has approximately 38 years of industrial experience across manufacturing, production, marketing, finance, and business management.
He has extensive experience in the manufacturing of agricultural equipment, including multicrop threshers and hot-air cotton seed dryers. He is self-employed and is engaged in the business of manufacturing agricultural equipment. He is also a Director of NEOTREX Steel Private Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Steel Ltd., and is associated with certain firms as a partner..
At Neostruct Engineering LLP, Mr. Padgilwar is primarily responsible for purchase and procurement activities, including sourcing of materials, supplier identification and coordination, vendor evaluation, and procurement planning. Mr. Ganesh Prabhakar Tade – Designated Partner
Mr. Ganesh Prabhakar Tade is a Chemical Engineer with significant entrepreneurial and manufacturing experience. He has been engaged in business since 2004 and has been operating a nail manufacturing business in Akola.
His experience in running a manufacturing business has provided him with practical exposure to production processes, manpower management, material requirements, manufacturing operations, and day-to-day business administration.
